Mike Uwandi is a distinguished Concept Artist and Art Director with over 10 years of experience in live-action, animation, and video games. He has contributed to renowned titles such as Marvel Studios' "Moon Knight," “ Wicked,” "Blue Beetle," "Star Wars," and the upcoming "Captain America: Brave New World,"

Uwandi has collaborated with leading clients including Marvel Studios, Warner Bros, ILM, Disney, CBS, Sony, Fox, and many more. His work for Moon Knight, Mandalorian:s2, Book of Boba Fett, and Westworld were nominated for an Emmy in Outstanding Sci-fi Costume.  

He also co-founded 9B Collective , a company that shifts the Entertainment landscape by pushing for inclusivity within the industry. He actively partners with esteemed nonprofits like the BRIC Foundation, Vijona, and the Compton Alliance to inspire underprivileged youth from Africa and Los Angeles County to pursue careers in the arts. 

As a global speaker, Mike has shared his experience as a professional concept artist at the Academy Museum of Motion Pictures, where he discussed what it takes to navigate the creative world. Uwandi also delivers workshops and lectures at prestigious events such as Playgrounds Festival, LightBox Expo, and Comic-Con. His commitment to creativity and excellence ensures he remains at the forefront of the industry.
